Ground:ed creates spaces where wellbeing feels real, simple and part of everyday life. Weaving movement, mindfulness, creativity and nourishment into your day. Creating moments to pause, explore, practice or connect, leaving you feeling a little more grounded, a little more centred and a little bit calmer.

What we offer

Workplace wellbeing
Movement, mindfulness, nourishment and creative wellbeing. We design and deliver in person and online sessions that fit around you and your people.

Community events
From yoga and Pilates, to art and aromatherapy we bring calm, grounding and engaging sessions to your community that fit into your life rather than fitting your life around them.

A community online to access classes, sessions, talks, workshops when and where you need it most.
Our founder
Founded by Beccy Calderwood in 2025, the idea of Ground:ed grew from her experience in the fast-paced creative industries and working closely with businesses and individuals under pressure. She saw the same need again and again: access to wellbeing that is realistic, flexible, and fits around everyday life, especially during the busiest moments. Ground:ed creates those spaces where people can pause, reset, and feel genuinely supported at a time, place, and pace that suits them and their rhythm.
