ground:ed membership is a community space online for every aspect of your wellbeing, designed to fit in and around your life, giving you a place to pause, recharge, and feel your best, whatever that looks like.
From 15-minute sessions to full-hour classes
and more, available online whenever and wherever you need it. Each week you’ll have access to a minimum of four live classes, a growing bank of on-demand content, plus monthly events, workshops, guest speakers and more.
